What do I need to order for proper installation?

Basically, you need the following:

Floor heater or combination of multiple heaters to cover a WALKING heating area (i.e. exclude permanent fixtures or ones with flat bottom, like book shelves)
Thermostat. 120V application: 1 thermostat per 140 sq. ft. ; 240V application: 1 thermostat per 280 sq. ft.
Accessories are recommended ( InstAlarm, Multimeter, plastic trowel, etc)
