Return Policy and Return Authorization Process:

Prepare Required Documents:

• Download and print this RMA Form (Return Material Authorization). Then fill out the RMA form completely. Incomplete RMA form will be refused.

• Make a copy of your original order/receipt.

Pack:

• Package the unit(s) carefully. It is recommended that you use the original packaging if available. Units should be wrapped in a "bubble-wrap" plastic sheet or bag for shipping protection. ThermoSoft will not be responsible for any damaged/lost items.
• Insert a copies of the RMA Form and an original order/receipt into the shipping carton. This will act as your Packing List. You will be notified of any discrepancies.
• Pack only listed item(s). Product received but not on the original RMA Request form will become property of ThermoSoft International Corporation

• Product(s) must be complete in it's original packaging and in resalable condition. Charges will be levied accordingly on any damages or incomplete packaging.
