If you are not satisfied with your purchase of ThermoTile™, or you purchased too many or the wrong size, simply return* the new and unused mats** in the original packaging with postage prepaid within 90 days of purchase.
* Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a charge back for any free outbound freight
** Mats must be unused, uncut, and in original condition.
ThermoTile™ is warranted for as long as the original homeowner lives in the home where ThermoTile™ was installed. Please read your Lifetime Limited Warranty in the Installation Manual for details or contact us for a copy.
